This document constitutes the ENTIRE AGREEMENT between IFS Services, herein called THE COMPANY and THE SELLER. No other document shall be a part of this agreement unless agreed to IN WRITING by both parties. Disagreements and/or violations of this agreement shall be processed under the laws of the state of Georgia. The following is agreed to by all parties undersigned: A. Seller agrees that he/she is the legal owner of said merchandise and that SELLER has full authority to sell or otherwise dispose of said merchandise. B. THE SELLER agrees to accept THE COMPANY's determination of value placed upon the item to be listed and authorizes THE COMPANY to deduct a listing fee upon the sale, and that; 1. The amount of said fee shall be as stated in the appropriate box or line below. C. THE SELLER, prior to listing merchandise on this website, shall deliver merchandise and title, if required, to THE COMPANY for a period of not more than 30 calendar days, and that a new agreement must be signed in order to continue listing of an unsold item. Can't deliver the item? You may list the item at our CLASSIFIED ADS section instead. You deal directly with the buyer. D. Payments made to SELLER by THE COMPANY shall be for the full amount of the sale, less applicable fees and commissions which have been agreed to in writing. E. In the event of non performance, dissatisfaction or disagreement, all parties agrees that such disagreement shall be subject to arbitration by a representative of THE COMPANY, and that the decision of such arbitration shall be binding on all parties. F.
